Service Dog Policy:

If you have a service dog, it is essential to contact our customer service to confirm that there is space available for your dog. As a shuttle company using minibuses, we have limited space in our vehicles, and you may need to book additional seats to accommodate your service dog.

You must have to inform us in advance if you plan to bring your service dog with you, as space may be limited.

Small Pets Policy:

We have a policy that only small pets in carriers are allowed. Your pet must stay inside its carrier while in your possession and you should keep it on your lap.

To comply with our regulations, the maximum size of the carrier should be 17.5 inches in length, 12 inches in width, and 12 inches in height, or 44cm x 30cm x 30cm.

Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet, as space may be limited.
