    Is the bus rental inclusive of a driver?

    Each of our bus rental packages includes the services of a driver.

    What does the baggage policy entail, and are there specific items that I am restricted from bringing with me?

    Our baggage policy prohibits the transport of items such as furniture or furniture parts, electric appliances, surfboards, and automobile parts. Additionally, cardboard packaging is not permitted. Please note that animals, with the exception of guide and companion dogs, are also restricted from our buses.

    Is it possible for me to make alterations to my booking on my own?

    Certainly, you have the ability to modify your booking by yourself, provided that the changes are made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. This can be done through the Manage My Booking option on our platform.

On the homepage, enter your desired departure and arrival locations, select your preferred date and time, and click on “Search.” From the available options, choose your preferred ticket and follow the prompts to complete the booking process.

    Can I make changes to my booked ticket, such as modifying the travel date or passenger details?

    Yes, you can make changes to your booked ticket, subject to availability and our Ticket Modification Policy. Please log in to your account on our website and navigate to the “My Bookings” section. Select the ticket you wish to modify and follow the provided instructions to make the necessary changes.

    Please note Ticket exchange/rescheduling incurs $30 fee per ticket.

    I haven’t received my ticket confirmation email. What should I do?

    If you haven’t received your ticket confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have been filtered there by your email provider. If you still haven’t found it, please log in to your account on our website and navigate to the “My Bookings” section. Your ticket details should be available there. If you continue to experience issues, please contact our customer support team via phone or email, and they will assist you in resolving the matter.

They may be able to assist you with alternative options or rescheduling ($30 Fees Per Ticket), subject to availability and our discretion.

    What happens if my bus is canceled or there is a significant delay? Will I receive a refund?
    Maple Bus tickets are non-refundable after payment, unless our company cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances.

    In the event of a bus cancellation or a significant delay (4h+) that leads to the cancellation of your trip, you will be eligible for a full refund. We will make every effort to notify you of such changes as soon as possible. Our customer support team will be available to assist you with the refund process and provide any necessary guidance or alternative travel options.
