Maple Bus was proud to provide charter bus transportation for a large delegation of approximately 150 officer cadets and accompanying personnel from France’s École de l’air et de l’espace during their visit to Canada.
The École de l’air et de l’espace, based in Salon-de-Provence, France, is the military academy responsible for training officers of the French Air and Space Force.
During their Canadian visit, the group travelled through Ottawa and Kingston, Ontario, as part of an international educational and military exchange experience.
Four Days of Group Transportation in Ottawa & Kingston
For four days, the Maple Bus team coordinated transportation for approximately 150 passengers using multiple motor coaches.
Their Canadian itinerary included visits to military and cultural sites in the Ottawa and Kingston regions, providing the cadets with an opportunity to learn more about Canadian military history, institutions and the longstanding relationship between Canada and France.
One of the highlights of their Canadian visit was Kingston, home of the Royal Military College of Canada, where French officer cadets had the opportunity to engage with their Canadian counterparts.
Managing transportation for a group of this size requires careful planning, reliable equipment and coordination between drivers, organizers and destinations. Our team was pleased to ensure the delegation travelled safely and comfortably throughout its four-day itinerary.
A Special Gift from France
At the conclusion of the trip, members of the delegation presented our team with a key ring from the École de l’air et de l’espace – Salon-de-Provence.
It was a small but meaningful souvenir that we are proud to keep as a memory of welcoming this international delegation to Canada.
