Maple Bus is committed to providing accessible transportation in accordance with applicable Canadian accessibility regulations.
Maple Bus permits trained service animals to accompany passengers with disabilities at no additional charge.
Service animals are defined as animals individually trained to perform tasks directly related to a person’s disability.
Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered service animals unless approved in advance.
Due to the limited space of our shuttle-style vehicles, passengers travelling with service animals must provide a minimum of 48 hours advance notice prior to departure.
Failure to provide advance notice may result in inability to accommodate the animal.
Passengers may be required to provide documentation verifying service animal status.
Upon approval, Maple Bus will issue a Service Animal Travel Permit, which must be presented to the driver at boarding.
• Animal must remain leashed or harnessed
• Animal must stay on the floor near the passenger
• Animal may not occupy seats
• Animal must not obstruct aisles or emergency exits
• Passenger is responsible for supervision and cleanliness
We have a policy that only small pets in carriers are allowed. Your pet must stay inside its carrier while in your possession and you should keep it on your lap.
To comply with our regulations, the maximum size of the carrier should be 17.5 inches in length, 12 inches in width, and 12 inches in height, or 44cm x 30cm x 30cm.
Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring your pet, as space may be limited.
Maple Bus is the operating carrier.
Nordic Bus is a brand operated by Maple Bus Transportation.

All services are operated under the same management, fleet, and safety standards.
